o4Rb was commissioned to create an artwork in a public Marina for a new housing development area in Egypt.
The artwork is a Moebius rim that serves as a point of entry. The surface of the Moebius is polished stainless steel that reflects and distorts the surrounding panorama, bending and creating new perspectives.
During the night the edges of the Moebius rim illuminate waves of gentle color, shifting attention away from the reflections and creating a new reality that marks the transition of passing the marina gate.
