‘Random’ extension

For an undisclosed client o4Rb has made a design for a house extension.

The extension is tranquil, with a rectangular shape made out of untreated wood.

The wood pattern is made with parametric tools, creating a random pattern in length and depth.

The depth of the wood pattern prevents graffiti.

The pattern is extended in front of windows to maintain the abstract look that contrasts with the historic setting and house on the Buiksloterdijk.
